Today must be rest from organized fitness?

So AM) planks 3x1min-back bridges 3x1min

Getups-roll to feet from back w/out hands (3×12)

5×20 pushups w/mountain climbers

Burpies 2×25 then i biked to store got back 2x25burpies then 1x25burpies after stretch

Just trying to reign it in (NOT DO MORE)

Bike 35min 1×12 burpies 1×20 pushups,1×30 mountain climbers

bike 35min 1×12 burpies 1×20 pushups 1x30mountain climbers 1×30 frogjumps

Stretch (hold cross leg yoga stand 3x1min, then hold dragon fly pose 3x1min, then hold front leg pose 3x1min)

I get headaches from the nagging bug to do MORE!
