CRAPP-Calories burned during commute 1500, but I don’t care for burning calories-I want fitness so this SUCKS

AM) planks 4x1min

Back bridges 3x1min

Bike 90min commute

registered for emergency med courses-dealing w/ bureaucracy

bike 90min commute w/2 stops 10-15min rest each

PM) yoga 30min- 3x1min cross leg hold, 3x1min dragonfly hold, 3x1min pushup leg  on elbow hold, 3x1min med ball/flutter kick-stretch

IT IS SO HARD NOT TO DO MORE!!!!!!!!!!
