Sprints 14×30 sec w/ 30 sec off

5x1min jump rope/burpies 20min

100 pushups/100hindu squats/100 v-ups chins 10×1-planks 4x1min-100 burpies in the day

so today feels like a complete off day-I really did not ride bike much-maybe 20min x2 total-store and back,

Trying to reset circadian rhythms and not be up till 4am.
