30min bike (yoga-3x1min lotus holds,3x1min get ups,3x1min planks,3x1min pushup holds, 3x1min back bridger, 100 straight hindu squats (30burpies,20burpies, 20 burpies, 15 burpies, 15 burpies, 250 v ups, 2x1min mountain climbers, 100 frog jumps,50 roundhouse kicks, 1min upper cuts, 3x1min med ball twist)
