(1X40,1X30,1X30- THEN KICKBOXING ABOUT THREE ROUNDS 1MIN- THEN SPRINTING WITH JOG REST 30 ON 30SEC JOG 10 SETS- 50 MORE BURPIES (1X20, 2X15) + TOTAL TIME ABOUT 29 MINUTES,]  REALLY FOCUSED ON GETTING SOME REAL HIEGHT ON THE LAST BURPIE JUMPS GETTING UP TO ABOUT FOUR FEET HIGH WITH KNEES ON ABOUT FIRST 10!!!!!
