+ Walking today w/light pack about 90min+(5miles straight)plus walking around campus/hosiptal  all done w/no long rest (a couple 3min runs w/pack)

PM) 100 hindu squats+stretching

100burpees (1×50,2×25) 2min heavy bag knees (70 each side)
