AM) circuit 100 burpees+ kickboxing+jumprope+50 burpees about 20 min

Circuit 6×3 chins/5×10 decline situps/100 pushups/100 hindu squats/5×12 med ball jumps/3×12 dragon flag/300 vups/3x1min russian twist/3x1min mountain climbers/4min planks- more pushups+ more burpees.

5×10 assted pistols w/5×10 invert rows
