20 BURPEES
10 min farmers walks w/2x50lb DB sets of 1.5-2min trot then 30sec rest -repeat for 12min +then sprints 10×30 sec w/30sec rest, then 6×12 burpees with leg raises/ sit ups in between=38min

then later 5×10 triangle med ball pushups+5×10 invert rack chins+ about 8 more sets 15 burpees+ 450 vups+ 3×12 incline pushups+ some mountain climbers + ABOUT 100 BURPEES SPREAD OUT W/VUPS 300
