AM) planks/yoga/abs+bike 45min

then 30min=circuit of 1min jumprope+20 burpees+50vups repeat 6 times with 2x1min heavy bag knees and 3×15 burpees

In the PM today did another circuit of 20 burpees (5×2 chins,5×20 fast/pylo pushups, 5×10-12 knee high box jumps, 5×12-15 invert explosive chins in rack, 5×10 decline situps,3×9 decline leg raises, mountain climbers, 6×15 burpees through out, 350vups,
