then 5×12 incline pushups/planks/mountain climbers

150 burpees/4x1min kickboxing=15min

PM)

Circuit (burpeesx15, invert chins x12,  med ball pushups x10, vups x50,) repeat about 6 times with 100 lunges, and about 5 more sets x15 burpees and vups= about 25-35min ?
