chins w/band 3×6 ( got 6 with band assist on first set then on 2nd and third could only get 4-5 so I droped from bar went over to pull down and reped out for another 8 reps)

invert rows 3×8

CIRCUIT 2+curls 3×8

upright rows 3×8

leg curls 3×9

Abs- 5×10 leg raises w/wght x 5×12 weighted decline situps x 5×30 mountain climbers x 3×60 sec plate twist on decline bench

Bike 2×30 min commute with about 2×3-5min hard at end + 50burpees 100 pushups

PM) 150burpees+ 500 vups
