50 burpees+50 pushups+3min mountain climbers+Planks/back bidges= 4x1min each side

PM) 150 burps+5×20 pushups+5×12 invert chins+ 5×10 decline situps+ 3×30 weghted leg raises+ 3×60 wieghted bicycles + 400 vups+ punch conditioningx2min
