Took a couple (FRI/SAT of mostly rest-just 100 pushups some burps and light biking) But SAT night did Upper Push/pull

SAT- A1) 10×5 mil press A2) 10×5-8 various supported chins

SUN-Killed it again-

AM) about 200 burps throughout/ 300 vups/ 100 pushups/ planks/back bridges/mountain climbers

PM) GYM- 6×10,8,6,6,5,4,6 squats

6×5 Bench 135

RD deads 3×9 x 2×8 leg curls DROP SETS

3×10 cable press

5×12 leg raises

3×6 Dips

DB Rows x5x8 drop sets

Invert rows 3×8

BB curls 3×10 drop sets

Situps w wieght x7x15

Burpees 2×25/4×15

Dips 5×8 = EVERTHING WAS SUPERSETS OR GIANT SETS

After bike home 100 burpees / 300 vups/ 3×15 incline pushups/ 2×12 invert chins/ knees
