THURS

AM) Sprint/Burpees intervals (2×30 sec sprints w/ 30 sec rest then 20 Burpees in between each set= 30 min (16xsprints+ 220 Burpees)

Then 5×12 Decline sit-ups+ 5×6 invert chins+ 5×12 planche leg raises+ 5×12 incline pushups+ 5×20 burpees+planks +200 vups+ STUFF

PM) Burpees (about 100) + 5×20 pushups+ 300 vups+ 3-4×12 invert rows+ Kickboxing intervals w/3×12 each leg lunge jumps
