SO Thursday was biking about 1hr +some bw stuff+planks

Friday OFF-light biking+light bw stuff

also did hiking around river etc..

Sat- OFF light biking +5x10dips+legraise+chins5sets+planks

SUN-Off push ups+planks+lite biking+dips/chin/weighted abs

I shall count that as my off week even though it was supposed to be rest.
