B2) Dips w5lb 5×8

B3) wghted leg raises 5×12

C1) BB stiff leg deads 5×8

C2) chins 5×6

C3) decline situps

3x1min med ball twist- incline pushups+ 25burpees

PM) 3×12 hand stand pushups+3x1min mountain climbers + stretch
