So I guess today should be off-
 
bike (am) about 1hr+20min with about 30/40-lb pack,
 
Then dips 5×6/asst chin 5×6/pushups 5×25/ decline situps 5×10/parrelell bar leg raises 5×12/ planks/back bridges/mountain climbers/ 8×5 pylo pushups-
 
later= 25min
burpees 20
vups 50 repeat
last 10min 20 burps then 1min heavy bag intervals (got four rounds) that lasted till about end of 25min mark
