PM) burpees 25 then 5×6 invert chins/ 300 vups= 300 burpees

5×10 decline situps/ 5×7 dips/ 5×12 parralell bar leg raises (50+burpees)

Kickboxing+ lunge jumps 3×12+ 50(2×25)get ups+ 5×5 pylo pushups/ 3×10 hanstand pushups

More burpees vups= over 450
