Deads 6×5,5,5,5,5,3 (205lbs- 215) Yates ROWS 5×6 A1) wide grip pull-ups 5×6 A2) BB CURLS 5×7-8 B1) Upright rows 5×10 B2) Rack curls 5×6 ABS- 5×10 leg raises/ 5×10 decline situps 5×6 wghted dips

PM) biked 2x30min then ran up bridge 3min in middle

Later= 300 vups+ planks 6min+back bridges+ 100 pushups+ 5×5 pylo pushups+ 6min yoga holds+ 125burpees (1×30, 4×20)

Perhaps the begining of what I am and can ever hope to be, days are winding down.
