30 burpees (rest 20sec) 50 burpees (heavy bag 1min knees) 15 burpees (1min heavy bag) 15 burpees (2min heavy bag) 15 burpees)

About 50-100 burpeeFRs+ 300 vups

 

SAT-

5×7 dips/5×6 chins/ 5×10 decline situps+rotations/6×12 leg raises/planks/ 5×25 pushups/ 5×12 box jumps/5×6 pull ups+

50 burpees+kickboxing +another 200 burpees+ pushups

 

later= 150 burpees + 400vups+ 5x6invert chins+5×10 pylo pushups+ burpees
