1×50 burpees+ 1min heavy bag flips+ 1x25burpees+ 1min heavy bag flips+ 1x25burpees+ 2min heavy bag knees+5x5 clap pushups+ 5x1min mountain climbers+ 6x1min weighted planks
                             
later 1×20 burpees 1×50 vups= repeat until 150 burpees/ 400 vups/ 3x1min med ball slams-stuff
