1hr bike w/30burps+20 deepp pushups+1min mountain climbers Then 3×12 back bends into standing 1minmax pushups 1min max chins 100 hindu squats (BW)c

later 50 burpees+ 1min heavy bag flips+ 15 DV bupees+ 1min heavy bag flips+ 15DV burpees+1min heavy bag flips+ 15 DV burpees+ 1min heavy bag knees+ 20 burpees+ 1min heavy bag knees+ 50 heavy bag swings then CHINS 10×3 ( had to use lite band on last 4) w/90sec rest b/w+ 1min max dips(got 11)
