Every Day was up in WHITE MOUNTAINS MAIN/NH

varaitions of 2hr total workouts

sprint/burpees up hill =20min

Then a lower emphasis boulder movement x 5 rounds with

pushups x15

mountain climbersx 1min

+

Jog down with boulder-3min

burpees 15+ vups-50 + invert chins-6

x 6 rounds

Total time = 1hr 12min

Then a PM) session of say Jumprope rotations 100

invert chinsx 6

band press x10

situps with rock x 10

x 15 rounds

Movements changed every day volume pretty constant

NEVER FELT BETTER ACTUALLy

Sleep was awesome

Ate 4x day with lots of protien
