Been slacking on post (but before 11/29 it was allot of low intensity stuff-timed 100 burpees (5min 35sec) and cals

today was Friday the 30th and I did conditioning:

AM) Burpees 30

Mountain Climbers 1min

Invert chins 6

Pushups 15-20

Med ball sit-ups

x 5 rounds

then outside to sprints ( 12×100 =10min or so) 20sec to 20 rest

Then back inside for 5×10 Spiderman pushups 2x 30 burpees+ 4xmin back bends

LUNCH: run 1/2 mile in boots+walk back 10min

Then later about 6×20 burpees+5×2-3 chins+ 100 walking lunges+ 5×12 leg raises dip bar style

PM) 50 burpees+ 1 set chins+1 set pushups
