Then – 100 yrd sprints EMOM for 11 min+ about 50,30,20 burpees and heavy bag knees 2x1min=20min total

Back bends 4x1min

In day- 4×3 chins with heavy boots

PM) burpees 3×30 +3×4-5 +chins 2×30 pushups+ planks 2x2min each side + 2min front- pistol holds 2x30sec each leg
