AMburpees 50, chins 5, burpees 50, chins 5, pushups 25, back bends 1min, chins 5, pushups 25, back bends, pushups, back bends,

(later in day) 50 air squats, 30 pushups, 5 chins

(did that about 5 times through day)

PM) CONDITIONING

CIRCUIT:

Burpees 30

kickboxing/heavy bag 1min (various roundhouses-jabs-front kicks-Knees)

vups 50

x 11 rounds+ (only 8 rounds with v-ups then 3 with med ball twist 1min) + 5 rounds of 5 pull-ups+

(1min jump-rope, 2min jump rope, 3min jump-rope)

Back bends 2×15+Yoga

total time about 1hr 10min cond+20min stretching
