A5) med ball sit-ups 15

x 5 rounds

3 x 14-15 DB one arm cleans + 2 x30 burpees in between

B1) burpees 30

B2) jump-rope 1min

B3) pushups off handles 15-20

B4) chins 5

B5) leg raises of dip bar x 15

x 5 rounds

Pistols 8 each leg

burpees 20-30

vups 50

Spiderman pushups 10

x 5 rounds

After 15 hour EVAC shift

30 burpees + 5 chins + 30 burpees 5 chins + back bends 3x1min+ 30 burpees + 50 vups, flutterkicks 1min (3rounds)+30 burpees
