THURSDAY

Early AM before 2hrs sleep 200 burpees and 3×50 v-ups  a couple sets chins/pushups

Through the day I tried to rest complete…

went through a hike in woods during break, about 45min.

I did one set pullups (5) then 2×50 pushups and some iso holds-then 20-30min stretching/yoga….
