med ball Cg pushups 8

pistols 8 each leg

vups weighted 30+ 1min twist

x 5 rounds

burpees 100-50

vups 30 weighted + flutter kicks


3-4 rounds

burpees 20,30,30,20, 50,100,100

med ball situps 15

x 5 rounds

Back bends3x 10 3x1min holds
