pushups 100 (40, 20, 10, 10, 10 ,10)

back bends 3×15+ 3x 1min holds

later

weighted situps 15

fingertip chins 2-3

x 5 rounds

later

burpees 50

vups 50 and 1min twist

x 5 rounds

later

several sets 50 burps, 50 vups, couple chins and pushups, x 3-4 rounds with some kickboxing in there as well…..
