Weighted situps 20

x 5 rounds+ 50 burpees

LATER- 3×50 burpees + 3×10 incline pushups+ 3×5 fingertip chins+ 3×12 back bends+  3×8 pistols+3×10 leg raises

LAter2- 7×50 burpees+ 8x8eachleg pistols+ 10×5 pushups then chins+ 5×10 leg raises+ 5×10 spider-man pushups,

Med ball pushups both hands on one small 5x10reps..
