Saturday)

AM bike 30min

burpees 3×50, 5×6 chins, 5×12 leg raises, 100 burpees,

bike 30min

burpees 100+ 5x8pistols, 5x 10 incline pushups

bupees 100, kickboxing , 2×6 chins,

biking 30min

burpees 20 high jumps, flat situps weighted 20, flutter kicks or rotations 1min, x 5rounds

pushups into walkouts 10,9,8….
