sunday-

am – burpees 100, pullups 5×6, leg raises 5×12, pushups 100

later, burpees 5×20 high jumps, 5x 20 wght situps, 3x 6 pullups

3x 10 walk out pushups

later 100 burps, and 5×20 burps, 5×30 wght vups

5×15 inver rows, 5x 8 med ball pushups,

6×3 BB squats 225, 1×6 w 210, + 5×5-6 cg chins
