Burpees and cals……nothing to streneos:


AM) 100 burpees and 2×20 pushups, 1×20 weigted situps, 1×8 chins
Core move: BB squats 3×5 w 225
                      3×5 high box sub jumps
1) RD deads 1×8 183, 2×6 205
2a) reverse lunge 3x 8 each leg w 130
2b)- leg rasises- 3×10
3)- 20 sec /yrd dashes x 10
pushups into walkouts 2x ( walk out then pushups (10,9,8,7,,6,5,4,3,2,1)
flutter kicks 3x1min ankle weights
stretching + 2 x 6 pullups/chins
