Monday)

THE 500 circuit:

100 burpees

100 heavy bag flips

100 hindu squats

100 pushups

100 leg flat situps

Immediately went into

100 yard sprints EMOM 10 rounds

then 5×10 hurdle (hip high) jumps with 5×5 fast pull-ups in-between

3×10 back bridges and wall squats+ stretching….
